What is the Multi-State CCW MasterClass?
A blended-learning concealed carry class held in Honolulu, Hawaii from August 19–25, 2026 that qualifies you for Arizona, California and Utah non-resident concealed carry permits in a single trip.
How much does it cost?
The Multi State CCW Promo Bundle is a flat $999 and covers all three states: online pre-course study, in-person classroom instruction, live-fire range qualification, fingerprinting, passport photos, document preparation and application submission.
When and where is the class held?
Honolulu, Hawaii, August 19–25, 2026. Classroom instruction and the live-fire qualification are completed in person during that week. Online course work for Arizona
Who teaches the class?
Classroom instruction is delivered by a Utah BCI certified instructor as required by the State of Utah, presented by AZCCWOnline.com, CaliforniaCCWOnline.com and UtahCCWOnline.com. Courses are Approved By Arizona, California and Utah.
Do I need to own a firearm or bring one?
Yes. The live-fire qualification for California requires you to qualify with each firearm you plan to list on your permit. No Roster Requirement for Non-Residents. 10 Round Mag Capacity. No Threaded Barrels. Optics Ok.. Each county in California has different criteria for qualifications and number of firearms allowed. Is fingerprinting included?
Yes. Fingerprinting and passport photos are captured during the in-person session and are included in the bundled prices.

Can Hawaii residents carry with these permits?
Hawaii does not recognize out-of-state permits. These Non-Resident CCW permits cover you when traveling on the mainland in about 40 states — see the reciprocity guide for state-by-state coverage. If you want to carry in Hawaii you need a Hawaii CCW.
